1 Package Eckrich smoked sausage
1 Can refrigerated pizza dough
1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
  1. Slice smoked sausage long ways and set aside.
  2. Spread pizza dough into thin rectangle.
  3. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and smoked sausage.
  4. Roll pizza dough over ingredients and fold up ends.
  5. Bake for 14-17 minutes at 375°F.
